The hotel offers very modern and spacious rooms with a massive Super King size bed, although the room availability was delayed past the check-in time. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with a friendly and helpful attitude towards guests. The location, while noisy and busy at times, is near the shopping district. The dining experience, although rich in variety, could be more varied on different days.

I was quite disappointed with the hotel as the rooms were not available even after the indicated check-in time, which means no peace and quiet for me. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and large with all equipment working well, and I must say they are very modern and pretty big with a massive Super King size bed. The service was very professional and helpful, especially Amanu Allah, making our experience enjoyable with great service and a friendly attitude. The location was good, albeit a little far from the metro stop and bus stop, but close to the city center and reachable by Osmanbey metro station. The dining experience was acceptable, with several good options every day and a nice atmosphere, but the same food everyday can get monotonous. The facilities were up to standard with no major issues to report.
